Don’t Miss This! Pintô Art Museum to Open Doors for Free on May 23
If there's any reason why you should take a trip to Antipolo, Rizal, on a Tuesday, let it be this.
The famed Pintô Art Museum will be opening its doors to the public for free for one day on May 23. The free admission is in celebration of International Museum Day, which is held every year on May 18, according to the museum's social media pages on the same day.
Guests may visit the museum on Tuesday from 10 AM-6 PM!
The Pintô Art Museum is the brainchild of neurologist Dr. Joven Cuanang and was founded in 2010 to share his art collection with the public. Cuanang started collecting artworks at the tail-end of the '80s, acquiring works by artists like Elmer Borlongan, Mark Justiniani, Marina Cruz, Joy Mallari, Geraldine Javier, and more throughout the years.
Aside from artworks, Pintô Art Museum also houses a museum shop, a chapel, a restaurant-café, and a cocktail bar. You may check the museum’s map below this page to know what to expect.
