Stickers, and More Stickers! Here’s Your Ultimate Guide to Sticker Con MNL 2022

A picture is worth a thousand words, and so does our sticker collection! Without saying anything, it’s easy to convey what we like, what our interests are, and what sentiments we would like to tell by simply showing the stickers we try to collect. What’s more, we don’t only put stickers on paper. We use them as a decoration for many things like our laptops, phones, and even the back of our cars. The sky is the limit for us sticker lovers.

If you want to add more to your collection, you’ll be glad to know that an event dedicated to stickers only is happening this weekend. Mark your calendars and read this guide to prepare you!

When is Sticker Con MNL?

Sticker Con MNL is the country’s biggest gathering of sticker artists and enthusiasts to date. It’s happening this weekend on Oct. 15 and 16, 2022, from 10 AM to 8 PM. The originally announced date was Oct. 15 only, but they revealed on their socials last July that they’ll be adding another day for their comeback to accommodate more exhibitors.

Where Will Sticker Con MNL Take Place?

Sticker Con MNL 2022 is happening at Whitespace Manila, 2314 Chino Roces Avenue Extension, Makati City. To get there by commute, you need to find your way to MRT Magallanes Station or Alphaland Southgate Mall. From Alphaland, go to the side where there’s a Jollibee, Chowking, and Goldilocks. Cross the pedestrian lane and wait for a jeepney with “Extension” or “Ecoplaza” signages. If you chance upon a tricycle, you can also ask if they can take you to Whitespace or to Makati Hope Christian School, which is next to it.

The road is one straight way from Alphaland, so don’t worry about getting lost! It’s on the same side (right) where you’ll ride public transportation. For geographically challenged people like us, look for a green gate and a 2314 sign outside as added landmarks. Whitespace Manila is also in front of Mead Johnson.

For those who will drive, you can simply type Whitespace Manila on Waze as your destination. The same goes when booking a Grab ride. Parking is limited (up to 16 parking slots only) at the venue, so it’s best to go for the paid parking at MJ Plaza instead. It’s the building with alorica on top and a Lawson on the ground floor beside Makati Hope Christian School.

How Much is the Ticket for Sticker Con MNL?

The ticket is P100 per person per day. There will be no pre-selling, so you have to head over to the registration area to purchase your tickets. If you’re attending Day 1, you can’t buy tickets for Day 2.

How Many Exhibitors Will be There?

More than 300 exhibitors! If you want to know them all, Sticker Con MNL has been uploading an introduction of each artist on Instagram and Facebook. As of writing, they’ve announced 304 artists so far. You can also view the floor plan for the Day 1 and Day 2 exhibitors below. Take note that there will be different exhibitors for each day.

Who Can Attend Sticker Con MNL?

Sticker Con MNL is open to all, but you can’t bring your fur babies with you inside the venue. You must also be vaccinated as they’ll check your temperature and vaccination ID or cards upon entry.

What if You Get Hungry?

There will be seven food concessionaires at the lobby in front of the registration area — O’Lami Pastries, Federico’s Sisig, Kraft Coffee, Hot Tub Bakery, Coffee Buddy, Gridiron Shawarma x Sausage, and a water and beverage stall — for a quick bite.

If you want to sit down and enjoy an actual meal, though, it’s best to fill your stomach at the restaurants in Alphaland before going to the venue. There’s also Kazunori Japanese Restaurant at the Mazda Building, Urameshi-ya Yakiniku Restaurant at G&A Realty Corp. Building, and a few dining stalls at Eco Eats in Ecoplaza Building, which are a few steps away.
