The exhibit also features a collection of over 250 locally and globally recognizable toys from the 1980s to today, which are divided into three sections: “It’s a Small World,” which features miniature character figurines from brands like Disney, Barbie, McDonald's, and more; “Drive Through Time,” with mini-cars and toys from familiar brands like Hot Wheels, Tamiya, and Matchbox; and “Batteries Included,” which displays iconic digital games such as Tamagotchi, special handheld consoles by Nintendo and Casio, and more.

Family First: 7 Kid-Friendly Restaurants and Cafes in Singapore

Baby and Kid Friendly Cafes and Restaurants in SG

Dining out with the whole family, especially with kids and babies in tow, can be delightful when the right facilities are in place. Parents not only seek a memorable dining experience but also require specific amenities to ensure their little ones are comfortable and well-cared for. From serving delicious food to having play areas, baby- and kid-friendly establishments provide a haven for families.

Aside from food and play areas, parents also count decent parking, the presence of nursing and changing rooms, and the availability of high chairs as equally important. Well-ventilated and air-conditioned places are must-visits, too.

If you’re planning to dine out with the whole family, we’ve listed baby-friendly restaurants and cafes in Singapore you can check out. Savor a memorable dining experience while you let your little ones enjoy as well in any of these places:

Café Melba at Goodman Arts Centre

Taking pride as Singapore’s “favorite family café,” Café Melba brings together inspirations from Melbourne, Australia, and Asia to create a relaxed dining experience that even kids love. Parents list Café Melba at the top of their baby-friendly restaurants list, and for good reason. Aside from having an extensive menu that adults will delight in, they also have a kids’ menu that comes with your choice of chilled juice, milk, or a soft drink. There’s also a bouncy castle where kids can play while the adults dine nearby, plus the little ones can engage in different activities to keep them busy. Got pets? Furry friends are welcome here, too.

Regulars can’t stop raving about dishes such as the Ruffle Mayonnaise Curly Fries, Big Pan Breakfast, and Truffle Brie Pizza. Meanwhile, the little ones can indulge in items like Pancakes, Mac & Cheese, and Chicken Burger, among others.

While the parents are eating, kids can also play at the plane-themed playground or spot the planes flying in and out of the airport. The big plus? There are plenty of parking spaces if you’re bringing a car.

It has become a go-to place for many families because parents can dine while their kids enjoy the playground. Feel like going on a picnic? You can reserve a picnic buzz-ket three days in advance then pick it up on the day of your visit. Find a spot in the Singapore Botanic Gardens, enjoy the food and beverages, and relish the outdoors.
