1. Anjunadeep Series feat. Dosem & Simon Doty
Put on your dancing shoes and make a beeline for 62 Cecil Street with your gaggle of friends because Thugshop has promised a night of pure debauchery. The party will feature sets by Spanish artist Dosem, known for his signature of house and techno fusion that gets every dance floor pumping, and Simon Doty, an electronic artist and sound engineer known for his blend of "analog synthesis, melodies, and driving grooves." Thugshop's very own J.goh will open the decks of the venue this Friday with a range of soundscapes that will take you on an exhilarating ride. You can get tickets via Eventbrite.

2. Back to the ‘80s Party

If you feel that you were born in the wrong generation, then this party will bring you back to the disco vibes of the ‘80s. This shindig by Expat 101 requires you to come in costume that reflects the decade. We're talking big hair, high-waisted trousers and tight, neon headbands, velvet tracksuits, maybe even legwarmers! Prizes will be awarded to the best dressed, so we suggest you pull out all the stops when it comes to your costume. 3. Brew King Singapore 2023

Lovers of beer, this event by the Asia Brewers Network is not to be missed. Brew King Singapore 2023 promises a night of sampling six unique brews concocted by the city-state's leading craft brewers to determine the one beer that will rule them all. Sample each beer and don't forget to vote for your favourite as the one that gets the most votes wins the title of Singapore's Brew King for the year. 4. Afroclub Sunrise
Be mesmerised by the possibilities and variations of African music in this party. Look forward to DJs Witjak, Shan, WAII, and LOMIV for their hot sets showcasing Afrohouse, Afrobeats, Amapiano, dancehall, and Sega music. 5. Yevgeny Sudbin Plays Rach 2
Fans of classical music, get ready to Rach. Yevgeny Sudbin is returning to Singapore for a concert in tribute to the late composer and virtuoso pianist Sergei Rachmaninoff on his 150th anniversary and in celebration of the Orchestra of the Music Makers' (OMM) 100th concert and 15th anniversary. Regarded by The Telegraph as "potentially one of the greatest pianists of the 21st century," Sudbin will be playing Rachmaninoff's Piano Concerto No. 2 in C minor, Op. 18, with the OMM and with Music Director Chan Tze Law as conductor. 6. Kebab Party
Meatsmith is back with its latest edition of its Kebab Party, a gastronomic, carnivorous affair that will feature a lineup of chefs from different restaurants to prepare exciting and unique kebab creations. It's going to be a whole day of kebabs, with spiced lamb, mentaiko, and beef kebabs by chefs Jason Yip, Joseph Lee, and a special guest in the afternoon, and roasted lamb, chicken, and pork jowl kebabs by chefs Simon Bell, Paul Chong Ming Hui, and Vincent Ng from 6 PM 'til late. 7. Eat, Drink and Dance Africa

Singapore may be thousands of miles away from Africa, but this doesn't mean there's a dearth of African cultures in the city-state. In celebration of African cultures, Africa Parties Singapore organised Eat, Drink & Dance Africa so people in the city-state can have a taste of authentic African food, music, and dancing. Aside from a proper meal comprising a main dish and an appetiser, attendees will also get two drinks at the party. 8. Sinclair Ang & His Rhythmakers

Have a hippity, hoppity night next Wednesday as Sinclair Ang & His Rhythmakers will be kicking things off with some swingin' music. This event is a belated celebration of World Lindy Hop Day, which is marked the world over every year on May 26. Aside from Sinclair Ang & His Rhythmakers, trombonists Leo Jeoh, Eriko Murakami, and Seth Tsu will also perform for the crowd, while those who want to get movin' can certainly hit it off on the dance floor (no experience required).

9. DJ Ayane
In search of women DJs who mix and spin mean? DJ Ayane should be on your radar. The international DJ and producer has more than 13 years of experience in the scene, and is known for her "fiery mixes and exceptional technique." Next Thursday, DJ Ayane will be taking over the rooftop club of the five-star Marina Bay Sands to show you how to groove and why weekdays are made for hard partying. It might just be one of the defining parties of your year— and it's held on a Thursday! Come in fluorescent, neon, or white attire and rave your heart out.
