1. The Perfect Match: Château d’Arton Armagnac Pairing Dinner

Experience one night of gastronomic opulence in this collaboration between fine dining restaurant Caviar and One Cellar — the Château d’Arton Armagnac Pairing Dinner. 4. Pottery Studio Open Weekend 2023

If you have ever wanted to try your hand at pottery, now's your chance. 5. Mindfulness for Kids @ABC

This Mindfulness for Kids event by the Amitabha Buddhist Centre (ABC) is the perfect programme to educate children about mindfulness, how to calm their minds, and concentrate. Open to kids as young as one to 12 years old, the introductory programme will include meditation and song and play for the kids to take part in independently or with their parents. 9. Auspicious Character Macarons Workshop

Join instructor Claire Lim in this baking workshop where you’ll learn how to make auspicious character macarons suitable for Chinese New Year, from the mighty dragon to the tangy mandarin, which symbolise prosperity, strength, and sweetness.

The course outline will tackle mixing and piping macaron shells from scratch, decorating and creating a character macaron, troubleshooting macaron problems, drying and baking macarons, and two demonstrations on how to make brown butter ganache and bak kwa cream cheese filling.
