1. Waterbomb Festival 2023
South Korea’s popular music festival is coming to Bangkok to celebrate the Thai New Year this weekend. This event is perfect for revellers who are fascinated with EDM, hip-hop, and K-Pop music to be performed by various artists, such as CL, Sunmi, OTWO, GOT7‘s Yugyeom, ZICO, Casper Yu, and more. Participating in water fights is another highlight of the party.
Attendees may choose their preferred lineup of performers between two teams – either silver or green – when booking a ticket.

2. Tech on Heels
Calling all the techno party people of Bangkok!
Wear your most comfortable shoes and get ready to dance the night away at Tech on Heels, a Friday session at Mustache and featuring some of the best electronic DJs around the city. If you were unable to make it on Friday, fret not! Tech on Heels will be hosting a Saturday Night Banger filled with progressive, melodic, and tech tunes by resident DJs from Mustache.
Entry to the bar is free from 9 PM-10 PM, and there is a buy one, get one deal on select items. After 10 PM, the door charge is THB400 plus one free drink.

3. Irie Songkran Vibes
Jamaican-inspired restaurant and bar, Irie Bangkok - Jerk, Tunes & Tingz, will throw their own Songkran-themed party, filled with bass music, dub, and reggae, where “a battle awaits with water as the weapon.”
You can get Irie to refill your gun all day, and there is a safe spot to keep your valuables when you go out or during the water battle. The restobar installed clean restrooms, so all you need to do is bring your own towel. The event kicked off today, April 13.

4. centralwOrld’s ‘Super Fluid’ Songkran Music Festival 2023
Here’s another Songkran festival worth adding to your list of weekend parties. More than 30 Thai singers, artists, and DJs will perform over the course of three nights.
Welcome the summer and the Thai New Year, with massive water waves that play endlessly during the festival. Just like at other Songkran-themed events, you should get ready to get wet and join in water-splashing battles.

“A music festival for everyone.”
Two days of music, love, and some of Koh Phangan's best underground musicians will be featured at the Summer Sound Festival.

6. GCircuit Songkran 2023
Since 2007, GCircuit has been tagged as the “most prominent gay party organizer” in Asia. They are known for hosting world-class events featuring gay communities, so expect nothing less than jaw-dropping performances and magnificent productions.
GCircuit’s series of Songkran parties started today and will run until Sunday. Each event has its own unique attire requirements, so rummage through your wardrobes to discover your most impressive OOTN!
On Friday, channel your inner superheroes or supervillains in costume at the Superheroes vs Super Villains main party volume one. On Saturday, be sure to come and dress in sci-fi-inspired outfits with avant-grade elements and dramatic flair at the Space Opera main party volume two. Lastly, on Sunday, be ready to dance it away at the 50 Shades of Gay closing party in a BDSM-inspired ‘fit.

7. S2O Songkran Music Festival 2023
Prepare to get soaked as the world’s wettest party returns to Bangkok this weekend!
Presented by Pepsi, the S20 Songkran Music Festival will be loaded with performances from DJs Kin, Austin, and Gam TDX, who will turn up the beat and set the vibe. Apart from music, partygoers will also enjoy the Highball Splash photobooth, taste a variety of specialty drinks, and win tons of prizes. Tickets are selling fast! Be sure to grab yours.

8. Mad Stash x Westin Pool Party

9. Ancient City’s 60th Anniversary
Just less than an hour away from Bangkok is the world’s biggest private open-air museum – Ancient City. Its anniversary celebration started last month and continues over the weekend.
With the theme “Butterfly and Flower Night,” the event will be filled with spectacular lights and colours, as well as a fireworks show and Michelin-starred dishes to feast on. August Theerthawat, finalist of the Luk Thung Idol Season, will also be there to serenade the audience as they welcome the Songkran Festival. The fireworks show will begin at 8 PM.

10. ICONSIAM The ICONIC Songkran Festival 2023
Referred to as “the most impressive shopping centre” in the city, ICONSIAM is home to thousands of shops and restaurants as well as a floating market. Last week, the shopping mall kicked off its Songkran Festival, which will last until next week.
Expect a huge water tunnel at the River and a meet-and-greet with "Pleung Ek’s" artists (Touch, Nu, Boat, and Lin). Moreover, Tilly Birds, RSF (Rial, Sun, Form), and Thai boy group Atlas will also be present at the event.
