1. European Union Film Festival 2023 ‘Bridging Cultures’

Film buffs are in for a month-long cinematic feast! The Delegation of the European Union (EU) to Thailand has teamed up with the Embassies and Cultural Institutes of the EU Member States and Ukraine to bring you 18 selected films from 17 European countries.

You'll be able to enjoy these films in their original languages with English and/or Thai subtitles. Filmgoers may book advance tickets through Ticketmelon (except for the screenings at Alliance Française Bangkok and the Embassy of Netherlands), where they can reserve up to two tickets for each screening and catch up to five different films per audience. Make sure to arrive early and snag the best spot in the house.

It's a cultural extravaganza that gives a taste of Indian traditions and heritage without leaving Thailand.

7. 34th Edition of Bangkok Marathon 2023

Looking to get your running shoes on this weekend? Lace up! The Bangkok Marathon is set to kick off from the Grand Palace on Sanam Chai Road. This event marks the 34th edition of Thailand’s oldest and biggest marathon, featuring four categories that suit everyone’s fitness level. These include the 42.195-kilometre full marathon, a 21.2-km half marathon, a 10-km mini-marathon, and a five-kilometre micro marathon.

Those who will join the race are entitled to receive a race shirt, finisher shirt, medal, goodie bag, and race bib. Registrations for the full and half marathons are ongoing, as of writing. Click here to register.
