Lace Up, KL: New Balance Opens Southeast Asia’s First Run Hub at Suria KLCC

You don’t just stumble into a revolution — you run into it. And in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, runners are doing just that. New Balance has officially opened the doors to its first-ever Run Hub in Southeast Asia, and it’s not your average sneaker store. Nestled inside Suria KLCC, this is a place to move, connect, and belong.

The New Balance Run Hub is a bold step forward in experiential retail, designed as a dynamic space where performance meets community. Whether you’re a marathoner or someone who’s just lacing up for the first time, the Run Hub offers a tailored experience that goes far beyond the checkout counter. Like a clubhouse for runners, it’s complete with cutting-edge tech, real-world testing, and a calendar full of community-driven events.
What sets it apart is New Balance’s 3D foot scanning and shoe fitting service. This high-precision technology analyzes your foot shape and gait to recommend the perfect pair of shoes. But here’s where it gets interesting: you can borrow a pair of New Balance running shoes (subject to availability) and take them for a spin around the scenic KLCC Park. It’s a try-before-you-buy model that puts performance to the test.

And starting this November, the Run Hub will host a series of community runs and events open to all levels. More than workouts, they’re social experiences designed to foster connection, motivation, and a shared love for movement. It’s also a nod to New Balance’s global ethos of empowering people through sport, now brought to life in the heart of Malaysia.
The launch of the Run Hub signals a new era for New Balance in Southeast Asia, one that prioritizes personalization, community, and the joy of running. It’s a space that invites you to move with intention.
