3. Anime Festival Asia 2023

You won’t want to miss the Day Stage and Night Concert segments featuring awesome talents like Xiaoyukiko, Iori Moe, Thames Malerose, and more.

5. ‘Mars: The Red Mirror’ Exhibition

Ever wondered about taking a trip to Mars without leaving Earth? Get ready because the ArtScience Museum is about to launch an exhibition that's out of this world.

This exhibition is the first of its kind to bring together 12,000 years of cultural history surrounding the red planet. It will dive into the stories of Asian astronomers who blazed trails and showcase ancient artifacts that show how Mars has been woven into Asian beliefs.

6. Gateway Kids Club Storytelling 2023

Got kiddos and hunting for a fun, free activity in the Lion City? Gateway Theatre's got your back with their storytelling sessions, followed by artsy crafts or playtime.

Each month, they jazz it up with different themes, and this Saturday's all about "Dancing in Silence." This is about a young boy who loves to dance, but unlike most boys his age, he is deaf.

The session will be led by Amy, the storyteller extraordinaire, who will promote courage and a love for music, no matter what life throws your way. The story will be presented in English and Mandarin, running for around 20 minutes without intermission.

7. Family Fun Photography and Printing

Got a budding photographer in the family? Join this family-friendly workshop where your little one can start their lens journey! This workshop is led by professional photographer and educator Bernard Teo, who will guide participants in creating stunning shots using shapes, colours, and creative framing. Participants are advised to bring their own cameras, while those without a camera will be provided with a loan unit (one camera per parent and child).

The programme will cover an introduction to photography, camera settings, essential composition techniques, practical hands-on, and review and photo printing.

Dive into the fun with activities like an inflatable LED water boat, a hamster wheel that floats, thrilling obstacle courses, and even carnival games where you can snag some sea-themed plushies. The Whimsical Sea-Mas Water Park will be making waves until Dec. 9. Children aged two and below are qualified for free entry.
