British chef and UMBEL restaurant group owner, Chef Simon Rogan, is heading to the city-state for an exclusive residency at The Fullerton Hotels and Resorts. Prepare your tastebuds as he and his team serve Singapore-edition menus using native ingredients, highlighting a city-centric take on farm-to-table dining.

4. StoryFest 2023: Story Walk

Take a stroll and go on an imaginative storytelling journey as you rediscover the beauty of the Singapore River with StoryFest 2023’s “Story Walk.” Organised by Arts House Limited and The Storytelling Centre Limited, the outdoor roving storytelling experience features stories created by Verena Tay and brought to life by Wesley Leon Aroozoo, Laura Kee, and Hafiz Rashid.
