Japanese Pop Duo YOASOBI Returns to Singapore in February 2025

SUGOI! J-Pop fans and Otakus, get ready for a weekend of fun singing along to your favorite YOASOBI songs as the pop duo announced a Singapore stop on their 2024-2024 Asia tour!
After their sold-out show at Resorts World Sentosa last February, the duo is set to return to Singapore for their second headlining Asia tour, promising bigger and more spectacular performances! You can catch them live next year at the Singapore Indoor Stadium on Feb. 22 and 23.
The Japanese act will kick off their tour in Seoul this year on Dec. 7 before flying off to Hong Kong for a two-night show at the AsiaWorld-Arena on Dec. 26 and 27.
They will then start the new year with shows in Bangkok (Jan. 25 and 26), Taipei (Feb. 8 and 9), and Shanghai (Feb. 15 and 16). Singapore is their second to last stop before the tour wraps up in Jakarta on Feb. 26 and 27.
Ticket details are yet to be announced by their official organizers, SOZO.
Best known as “the duo that turns novels into music,” YOASOBI is composed of Ayase and Ikura, and was formed by Sony Music Entertainment Japan. They officially debuted in 2019 with the song “Into the Night,” which received massive success in numerous streaming charts in Japan with current total streams surpassing 1.1 billion.
Their popularity only rose further from there as they recorded five Eps (three in Japanese and two in English), as well as the opening themes for several anime series. Their latest hit, “Idol” was the opening theme for the anime series “Oshi no Ko.”
The song conquered the top spot on Billboard JAPAN’s Combined Song Chart JAPAN Hot 100 for twenty-one consecutive weeks and became the first J-pop song to be #1 on the Billboard The Global Excl. U.S., Apple Music’s Top 100: Global, and YouTube music charts TOP 100 songs Global. Additionally, “Idol” was the Best Anime Song at the 2024 Crunchyroll Anime Awards.
The rising Japanese duo continues to break through the mainstream music scene, performing at international stages and festivals such as Coachella and Lollapalooza.
