An Interactive Studio Ghibli Exhibit Is Coming to Singapore This October
Calling the attention of Studio Ghibli fans! Prepare to step inside the world of animated classics as the ArtScience Museum is set to embark on “its largest and most ambitious exhibitions to date” with The World of Studio Ghibli.
In a Facebook post, the museum revealed that they’re hosting three exhibits this 2024 for their “Year of Extraordinary Women” lineup, including the immersive exhibition of Studio Ghibli.
The exhibit is scheduled to start in October, where visitors can witness interactive theatrical sets that recreate the iconic scenes of “My Neighbor Totoro,” “Spirited Away,” “Princess Mononoke,” and more. It’s going to be every fan’s dream come true!
This exhibit follows the pop-up in Thailand that ended on Jan. 2, where it featured 10 iconic scenes using 3D installations, storyboard processes, original artworks, and workshops.
No specific details for the upcoming exhibit have been announced yet, except that it will run until February 2025.
