Soy What? Here’s Where to Eat Vegan-friendly Tofu Dishes in Bangkok

You’ve probably seen this white sponge-like cake in many Asian and vegetarian cuisines. It’s known by most as tofu.
Despite its bland or plain flavour, tofu is a staple for a healthy diet because it is made with highly nutritious curdled soy milk, which is rich in protein and low in calories. This mushy bean curd can adapt to different kinds of dishes whether you like it baked, fried, or cold (raw). You can never go wrong with tofu when topped with your favourite sauce or garnishes.
If, like us, you love tofu, here's where to eat them in Bangkok this National Tofu Day!
