This wellness event in Hong Kong will run from Sept. 1-29, the Wednesday Pause is an online session via Zoom that promotes self-care, calmness, inner peace, and resilience.
The meditation is based on the principle of Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) approved by the National Health Service (NHS) in England. The event will be facilitated by Noelle Lim, who trained at Oxford Mindfulness Centre, Oxford University and taught MBCT to adults. She also completed the .b training at the U.K.’s Mindfulness in Schools Project (MiSP) where she taught 11- to 18-year-olds.
