Matches are concise, lasting just 14 minutes in total, divided into two 7-minute halves with a brief 2-minute halftime. This year's tournament not only features 12 men's and 12 women's international teams but also introduces the Melrose Shield competitions. In the Melrose Shield men’s category, China, Japan, and the host team, Hong Kong China, will compete, while the Melrose Shield women's competition includes China, Thailand, and Hong Kong China.

Which Rugby Sevens Stand is the Best Stand?

Keep in mind, the South Stand fills up rapidly and operates on a strict 1-in-1-out policy once it reaches capacity, especially on Saturday, as it is the busiest day. To secure your spot, arrive early in the morning to get a good spot and avoid lengthy queues.
