“The Aska Concert Tour 2025 – Who Is Aska!?” is scheduled for Feb. 23, 2025, at 8 PM at Zepp Kuala Lumpur. This tour marks the artist’s 45th year since his debut and has already begun this year as the pop singer made his rounds in his home country. Apart from Kuala Lumpur, he will also be stopping by several Asian cities including Taipei (Mar. 1) and Seoul (Mar. 8).
Tickets for the KL show are on sale now and priced at RM380 for both lower and upper-level seats. You can book them here. Official tour goods have been revealed on his official Facebook page, which range from acrylic stands to shirts and tumblers.
Aska, whose real name is Shigeki Miyazaki, has released a number of hits including “Say Yes,” “Morning Moon,” and “Meguriai.” He is better known as part of the pop duo, Chage And Aska, who made history as the first Asian artist to be featured on MTV Unplugged in 1996. The J-pop artist also wrote “On Your Mark,” in collaboration with Studio Ghibli, which inspired the short film of the same name that premiered before the Ghibli classic, “Whisper of the Heart.” To date, they have sold over thirty million records in Japan.
