Following his successful “Pandemonium” concert in Manila, Japanese singer-songwriter Joji has announced the cancellation of his upcoming shows in Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, and Hong Kong.

In an Instagram post, the “Glimpse of Us” hitmaker said that the cancellations are due to health reasons. The singer, however, assured his fans that he would return after recovering.

Joji was slated to bring his 2023 World Tour to Kuala Lumpur on Nov. 30. He was also supposed to headline the Clockenflap Festival in Hong Kong on Dec. 3 and the 20th edition of ZoukOut Singapore on Dec. 2.

In a social media post, Clockenflap Festival announced that the show will go on with its previously announced lineup, which includes artists Pulp, YOASOBI, Atarashii Gakko!, Darren Emerson, and IDLES.

ZoukOut Singapore also shared that Joji will not be able to join the festival but will proceed with headliners Alesso and Martin Garrix, along with other local and international artists.

Meanwhile, Live Nation Malaysia, the concert’s organiser in Kuala Lumpur, shared in an Instagram post that they will be issuing refund details to ticketholders soon.
