You are in for a legendary treat, rock fans, as British music icon Rod Stewart is heading to Asia next year for his “Live in Concert, One Last Time” tour!

The tour will kick off on March 4 in Kuala Lumpur, followed by stops in Bangkok on March 6, Taiwan on March 9, Hong Kong on March 11, Manila on March 13, Singapore on March 16-17, and Tokyo on March 20.

On the tour, the rock legend promises his fans “dynamic stage productions and a rockin’ good time” with a 12-member band and backup vocalists. Fans can also expect the legendary musician to perform some of his chart-topping hits, including “Tonight’s the Night,” “Forever Young,” “Do You Think I’m Sexy,” and more.

The Asian tour is an addition to Rod Stewart’s upcoming concerts in Las Vegas, North America, and Europe. The tour is also in celebration of his more than 50 years in the music industry.

Having sold more than 250 million albums throughout his career, Rod Stewart is regarded as one of the best-selling music artists of all time. He has also gained numerous awards and recognitions, including the Brit Award for Outstanding Contribution to Music in 1993 and the Grammy Award for Best Traditional Pop Vocal Album in 2005, among many others.

Ready for a “First Class” experience, 82DE? We hope you are because rising K-Pop boy group 82MAJOR is set to hold their very first fan meeting in Kuala Lumpur, “X-82!”

The group’s fan meeting will take place on Feb. 16, 82MAJOR announced via a social media post. Aside from Kuala Lumpur, the fan meet will also be held in Bangkok on Feb. 9.

As of this writing, there are no further details yet about the show, including its venue and ticket prices. However, fans can look forward to updates and more information about the fan meeting via organizer iMe Malaysia’s social media pages.

“This is our very first time in Malaysia, so it’s a special moment for us. And we can’t wait to meet every single one of you guys,” 82MAJOR said in a greeting video posted on iMe Malaysia’s Instagram page.

82MAJOR’s fan meeting tour follows the release of their second mini album, “X-82,” last October, which features the title track “Stuck.”

Composed of members Seongil, Yechan, Seongmo, Seongbin, Seokjoon, and Dogyun, 82MAJOR made their debut in October 2023 with the single album, “On.” The group is also known for their hip-hop sound, with releases such as “Choke” and “First Class.”

The OG oppa and Hallyu legend, Rain, is coming to Malaysia soon!

As part of his “Still Raining” tour, the “Rainism” hitmaker is set to dazzle the Arena of Stars at Resorts World Genting on Feb. 8.

At the concert, fans will be taken on a journey into Rain’s over 20 years of career. Fans can also expect a mesmerizing show from the K-Pop star, featuring performances of his hit tracks and covers of popular songs by other artists, including award-winning singer-songwriter Bruno Mars.

Tickets to the concert will be available to the public starting Jan. 10 via Resorts World Genting’s website, with prices ranging from RM398 to RM1,298. Meanwhile, Genting Rewards Members can get early access and discounted prices before the public selling date.

Prior to the Malaysia stop, the Hallyu icon also staged the tour in Seoul, South Korea, and Hong Kong last year. He is also set to visit Kaohsiung on Feb. 15 as part of the concert tour.

Rain made his debut as a K-Pop artist in 2002 with his debut album, “Bad Guy,” which saw immense commercial success. In 2003, he made his acting debut with the TV series, “Sang Doo! Let's Go To School,” and reached fame through his works in the 2004 rom-com series “Full House” and the 2009 martial arts film “Ninja Assassin.”

Get battle-ready, “Solo Leveling” fans! Starting this January, the beloved South Korean web novel and anime series, in collaboration with ACO Media, is holding its first-ever immersive exhibition in Malaysia.

Happening from Jan. 11 to Mar. 11 at the Pavilion Bukit Jalil, the “Solo Leveling Experience” exhibition will offer a slew of activities and special surprises for the series’ fans.

At the exhibit, fans will be transported to the epic world of the portal fantasy anime series. One of the highlights includes an immersive photo zone, where fans can take snaps with intricate battle backdrops from the series or pose with the protagonist, Sung Jin-woo, and the fearsome dungeon bosses.

The experience will also offer a special menu, courtesy of the AcoLab Cafe. The menu includes themed dishes inspired by the anime show’s characters, such as Jinwoo’s Level Up Burger and Double Dungeon Black Rice. There are also beverages and desserts that fans will surely enjoy, including the Spicy Mango Soda and the Igris Molted Lava Cake.

Visitors can also choose from over 150 event-exclusive merchandise items, which range from limited-edition collectibles to accessories.

Tickets to the experience are now available via Ticket2U, with packages priced at RM25, RM50, and RM80. Each package comes with various fan benefits, including a souvenir card, a free merch item, and a single admission ticket.

‘Running Man’ Cast Set to Hold Fan Meet in Kuala Lumpur on Feb. 15

Ready, set, RUN! Cast of the hit South Korean variety show, “Running Man,” is coming to Kuala Lumpur next month for a special fan meeting event!

Organized by Sunstrong Entertainment, “RUNNING MAN RUN 2 U LIVE IN KUALA LUMPUR” will take place on Feb. 15, 5 PM at the Mines International Exhibition and Convention Centre (MIECC). The members’ last visit to Malaysia was in 2017 when they were overwhelmed with love and support from over 6,000 fans!

The six hilarious cast members Jee Seok Jin, Yu Jae Seok, Kim Jong Kook, HAHA, Song Ji Hyo and Yang Se Chan are reuniting to bring fans a spectacular party full of fun games and exciting surprises! Japanese Singer Aska Is Making His Concert Debut in Malaysia on Feb. 23

2025 is filled with exciting performances for Kuala Lumpur and one of them is Japanese singer-songwriter, Aska, who’s set to hold his first concert in Malaysia in February!

“The Aska Concert Tour 2025 – Who Is Aska!?” is scheduled for Feb. 23, 2025, at 8 PM at Zepp Kuala Lumpur. This tour marks the artist’s 45th year since his debut and has already begun this year as the pop singer made his rounds in his home country. Apart from Kuala Lumpur, he will also be stopping by several Asian cities including Taipei (Mar. 1) and Seoul (Mar. 8).

Tickets for the KL show are on sale now and priced at RM380 for both lower and upper-level seats. You can book them here. Official tour goods have been revealed on his official Facebook page, which range from acrylic stands to shirts and tumblers.

Aska, whose real name is Shigeki Miyazaki, has released a number of hits including “Say Yes,” “Morning Moon,” and “Meguriai.” He is better known as part of the pop duo, Chage And Aska, who made history as the first Asian artist to be featured on MTV Unplugged in 1996. The J-pop artist also wrote “On Your Mark,” in collaboration with Studio Ghibli, which inspired the short film of the same name that premiered before the Ghibli classic, “Whisper of the Heart.” To date, they have sold over thirty million records in Japan.
