Calling All Bookworms! The Big Bad Wolf Books Sale Returns This December
Looking for some last-minute Christmas shopping? Why not celebrate the season by giving books? The Big Bad Wolf Book Fair is back in Klang Valley and is gearing up for its largest and most immersive event yet!
Happening from Dec. 19, 2025 to Jan. 4, 2026, at the Sunway Pyramid Convention Centre, expect millions of books across all genres, discounts amounting to 95%, and a brand-new layout that makes the shopping experience exciting!
This year’s edition is described as the Big Bad Wolf Books’ most ambitious endeavor to date, with additions like curated genre lanes for easier browsing, an extended Children’s Discovery Zone, more fun and festive activities like storytelling, meet-and-greet sessions, and creative demos, and playful photo spots.
Jacqueline Ng, Co-Founder of Big Bad Wolf Books, said that their goal for this year is to turn book hunting into a full experience. “We want people to leave feeling inspired, entertained, and connected through books. Our goal for 2025 is to turn book hunting into a full experience, exciting not only for avid readers, but for families, children, and even first-time visitors.”
The upcoming Big Bad Wolf Book Fair also marks the debut of the official Big Bad Wolf mascot in Malaysia — after numerous appearances in countries like the Philippines, Thailand, and Indonesia.
“The Wolf has always symbolized breaking barriers to reading. This year, we’re bringing that character to life, “ said Andrew Yap, Co-Founder of Big Bad Wolf Books. “Families and children will finally meet the Wolf up close, making this our most engaging and memorable edition yet.”
Staying true to their core, the book fair will be carrying millions of books across every genre possible — all brand-new — with discounts up to 95%! Prices are sure to go as low as RM3 and RM5, with restocks and new titles to arrive throughout the 17-day event.
Admission is free for all, and the event will even extend its hours up until 2 AM — to make sure everyone gets a chance to cop all their favorite books and gifts for their loved ones.
