Another weekend in Manila is upon us and this spells for a jam-packed schedule of concerts and gigs, happy hour and cocktail nights, fresh raves, and club nights you must not miss. We saved you the stress of planning your weekend and week ahead with our rundown of the best nightlife events.

1. PopQuiz: All Things Pride

Apart from big parties, you can also celebrate Pride Month by testing your pop culture knowledge through a trivia night. Gather your friends for a playful night, answering all things about Pride categorized into classic literature, evil deeds in media, LGBTQ+ representation in media, and more. Each team must have two to six players. 

Pre-registration is required due to limited venue capacity. You may send a DM to the PopQuiz team to RSVP.

2. Samsung Awesome Fest

Tech junkies, this one’s for you! Samsung Awesome Fest is happening this weekend. Attendees will have a chance to score exclusive freebies and discounts worth up to P10,000.

3. Bruno Mars Concert in Manila

Experience 24K Magic this weekend as 15-time Grammy Award winner Bruno Mars will again rock the Philippine stage. The Filipino-American singer will play his songs for two days in a concert dubbed the “biggest Philippine show yet” as of June 2023.

In 2021, Silk Sonic, composed of Bruno Mars and Anderson Paak, released their album “An Evening With Silk Sonic.” This includes some of their biggest hits “Leave The Door Open,” “Smokin Out The Window,” “Blast Off,” and “Skate,” among others.

4. Park Eun Bin Aromagicare Fan Meet in Manila

Filipino BINGOs! South Korean actress Park Eun-bin, best known for her role in “Extraordinary Attorney Woo,” will return to the country for a special fan meet. Eun-bin is the first-ever Korean brand ambassador of the Filipino-owned health and wellness product Aromagicare.

5. C'est ca l'amour Grand Ball

Dreaming of attending a cosplay royal ball? Gem Queens Productions has you covered! Guests are encouraged to dress in black, gold, gray, or silver in any combination.

Wear whatever you choose as long as you portray a certain character, but those who will not follow the color motifs will not be eligible to compete for the title of King, Queen, Prince, and Princess of the Night. 

The use of cumbersome props and armor is prohibited to avoid inconvenience to other guests. If you have already reserved a spot, you can view the list to see if your name has been included.

6. SB19 Pagtatag! World Tour

ATins! Get ready to dance and sing “Gento” this weekend, as multi-awarded P-Pop group SB19 will kick off their “Pagtatag! World Tour.”

Dubbed the “Kings of P-Pop,” SB19 ushers in a new era of their music and celebrates their debut five years ago. Fans can anticipate new sounds and unexplored genres that the boys have never performed before.

For the uninitiated, SB19 is composed of Pablo, Josh, Stell, Ken, and Justin. The group was the first Southeast Asian and Filipino act to gain global recognition for being nominated in the Billboard Music Awards’ Top Social Artist category in 2021.

7. D-DAY Live Viewing + Post Celebration of BTS 10th Anniversary

Although Manila was not included in BTS’ Suga’s solo tour, BTS Army PH organized a live-streaming event showing Agust D TOUR ”D-DAY” in Seoul. Filo Armys can still sing their hearts out with Suga’s performance of “Haegum,” “Amygdala,” “Daechwita,” “Seesaw,” and “Cyphers.”

The registration fee includes a ticket, a photocard, a photostrip, a postcard, and customized chopsticks. Be sure to drop by at "Marry Me Yoongi Booth" (P100) with polaroid shots complete with a veil and bouquet as props to make this event extra kilig!

There is also a cocktail bar setup during the live streaming but is only available for adults, so don’t forget to bring your ID that shows your birthday for age verification.

8. Rooftop Sunset Chill Launch Party

Put on your best beach party OOTD (strictly no sandos) as the Rooftop Sunset Chill launch party will bring the beach right in the middle of the city, complete with a pop-up bar and barbecue platters. 

There will also be a raffle at the end of the night where lucky winners may take home bottles of whiskey, gift certificates, and hotel accommodations in Boracay.

When: 4 PM-10 PM, June 24

9. White Party with ES Queens

Experience a “white and wild” drag party and a fantastic Pride celebration at Empty Stomach BGC. You’ll surely have a whale of a time with performances by ES Queens Fewsha Deluxe, Jade Ystar, Budalyn, Maxi Monyeka, and Gem, with special guests Tha Bradaz and Venus Heart.

10. Comedy Night: Comedy Crew Manila x Engkanto
