Pocket monsters, popularly called Pokémon, are fictional characters that many ‘90s kids went crazy about. The classic anime series features the adventures of Ash Ketchum and Pikachu together with other Pokémon friends.

In Singapore, the Pokémon parade has become an annual routine on the sunny island of Sentosa. Starring this year’s parade is the brown, furry, and excessively cute fox-like Pokémon named Eevee!

From Dec. 9, 2021, to Feb. 20, 2021, kids and kids-at-heart can catch lots of Eevee mascots as they fill Sentosa with a fantastic dance extravaganza like no other.

To make this festive season more exciting, here are three exciting activities that await you on the Eevee adventure at Sentosa this 2021-2022:

Eevee Dance Parade

Happening at Palawan Green, the Eevee dance parade features 15 adorable and dancing Eevee mascots. The marching parade will last for half-hour as they greet you and celebrate the holiday season with spectacular dance performances. The dance parade will last until Dec. 19.

Eevee Adventure Hunt

If Eevee is your favourite Pokémon character, then this interactive digital game is the perfect activity for you!

The adventure hunt will test your knowledge as an Eevee fan with the 11 hunting missions that participants must complete. Hunters must find hidden QR codes around the island which will be used to open one of the nine Poké Balls for a chance to win Eevee plushies or Sentosa Fun Pass Tokens.

As mentioned, the hunt will take place across the Sentosa island starting Jan. 29 until Feb. 20, 2022.

Eevee Dance Parade With Evolution Poncho

In the TV series, a pocket monster evolves and turns into new species with greater skills and strength. However, the dance parade evolution will only power up Eevee’s cuteness and awesomeness!

The evolution of dance will feature Eevee wearing a poncho inspired by its eight evolutions including Sylveon, Espeon, Glaceon, Flareon, Leafeon, Umbreon, Jolteon, and Vaporeon.

The event is slated for Jan. 29 to Feb. 2022 at 8 PM. Booking will start in January 2022.

Eevee Snapshot Contest

For those who love to take amazing photographs, we bet you’d like to join the Eevee snapshot contest.

All you need to do is snap photos of all Eevee stickers across MRT stations and bus interchanges. Post the photos on your social media account and don’t forget to tag @sentosa_island on Facebook or Instagram for a chance to win Pokémon plushies and more! The competition will run from Jan. 15 to Feb. 15.
