Castellana

Get transported to Piedmont with Castellana's brand-new autumn lunch and six-course Chef's Signature menus, featuring new Alba White Truffle dishes, including Tajarin, faraona, burro e tartufo bianco d’Alba—a homemade tajarin pasta with guinea fowl, elevated with shavings of Alba white truffle and Astice blu Francese, funghi e tartufo bianco d'Alba—a Brittany blue lobster and mushroom dish paired with Alba white truffle.
If you prefer to stick to the classics, try their fan-favorite Il peperone di Carmagnola, sweet Carmagnola bell peppers marinated in extra virgin olive oil and garnished with capers and anchovies and Le lumache, an escargot dish cooked in a Piedmontese way. What better way to end the course with a sweet treat, such as Panna cotta e pera, a homemade panna cotta with sweet pear, or their signature Tiramisù.

New Punjab Club, a one Michelin-starred restaurant, marks its seventh year serving Chef Palash's classic seasonal autumn menu, celebrating traditional Punjabi flavors. Highlights include Boti Kebab with spiced lamb shanks, Tandoori Anda with hen eggs, chargrilled corn and kalari cheese, and Goat Pulao with braised goat shoulder, sultanas and Gobindobhog rice. The seasonal dishes can be enjoyed during dinner time throughout the month.

Duddell's

This fall, Duddell's, a one Michelin-starred Cantonese restaurant, introduces new à la carte, dim sum, and seasonal hairy crab menus, curated by Master Executive Chef Chan Yau-Leung, starring delectable dishes such as Deep-Fried Egg Custard with Scallop and Caviar, Typhoon Shelter Style Crispy Pork Belly, and Braised Abalone with Goose Palm. Pair your meal with newly launched "Sips to Share" cocktails, specially crafted for sharing with your family and friends.
Continuing its fan-favorite night brunch series in October, Duddell's will offer a decadent evening of Cantonese dim sum amidst the lively buzz of the 4/F salon and alfresco garden terrace.
Until Nov. 30, feast on a special hairy crab tasting menu, featuring dishes such as Steamed Whole Jiangsu Crab and Hairy Crab Xiaolongbao, delectably capturing the peak of the season.

TATE Dining Room

Under Chef Vicky Lau's lead, TATE Dining Room, a two Michelin-starred and One Black Diamond venue, has debuted its autumn menus beautifully fusing French and Chinese flavors.
Seasonal ingredients like Yunnan red mushrooms, local figs and French wild pigeons are showcased in a five-course lunch and five-or-seven course dinner menu. Signature dishes include Ode to Lobster, Ode to Century Egg and Ode to Pigeon, complemented with a selection of exquisite drinks that have been carefully chosen to enrich the flavors of each dish.

Chilli Fagara is bringing back the highly anticipated return of its Claypot Menu, an ideal autumn dish that is perfect to share with a group of people. Featuring seven sizzling dishes such as tongue-numbing Sichuan Pepper Abalone & Chicken Claypot, hearty Sichuan Lamb Belly Claypot, and Prawn Vermicelli Claypot.
