A Night at ORO: Montecariano Wine Dinner Unveils Italian Delights

ORO Manhattan-Italian Restaurant is joining forces with Bright View Hong Kong Ltd to present the Montecariano Wine Dinner, an evening that promises to be a culinary celebration in every sense. The event invites guests to savour the best of Veneto, Italy. A curated menu, crafted by the skilled hands at ORO, brings together the charm of Italy and the signature notes of the Montecariano winery's collection.

The menu opens with a delightful Beef Cheek antipasti, leading to a tantalising course of handmade twisted pasta, complemented by Italian sausage and black truffle. The show-stopper is a perfectly grilled Black Angus Tenderloin with Barolo reduction and Foie Gras. The dinner closes on a sweet note with a playful Nutella Brownie.

Each dish is paired with an exquisite Montecariano wine, crafted in the winery's hilly slopes, south of the ridge, where grapes ripen to perfection thanks to the region's mild climate. The dining experience will conclude with a serving of Montecariano Grappa Di Amarone, a fitting end to the evening's Italian indulgence.
