Michelin-Starred MORA Launches New Autumn Lunch and Dinner Menus

Curious to try soy-based Chinese x French cuisine? Michelin-Starred and Michelin-Green Starred MORA is unveiling their latest CHARACTERS OF SOY lunch and dinner menus, providing a brand new hyper-seasonal culinary experience you won't want to miss.

Situated in the historic Upper Lascar Row in Sheung Wan, MORA is led by Cheffe and Founder Vicky Lau and Michelin Guide Young Chef Award winner, Head Chef Choi Ming Fai.

The new simplified 5 and 6-course menus highlight local, sustainable ingredients and offer refreshing curated beverages. Inspired by Chef Vicky's French and Chinese culinary heritage, MORA's dishes showcase the importance of texture. Using premium soy as the foundational ingredient, the dishes elevate house-made soy milks and tofu to complex culinary heights.

The new lunch menu, priced at HK$580+10% for 5 courses, features house-made soy products in dishes like Bean Curd Tartlet with soy ricotta and baby shrimp, Cold Lobster Noodle (+HK$98) with Sakura shrimp in soymilk lobster bouillon, and Three Yellow Chicken Roulade with smoked hard tofu and seven-spice chicken, to name a few.

To round off the meal, MORA will serve their Mora Mapo Tofu Rice and Tofu Pudding with black rice soy ice cream and fig compote.

For dinner, indulge in their exclusive evening menu, for HK$980+10% for 6 courses. Highlights include the Creamy Tofu with razor clam and avocado, Deep Fried Tofu with squid, sesame sauce, pine nuts and radish, and Roasted Pigeon with smoked hard tofu and seven-spice pigeon jus, among others. The dinner menu will conclude with the same sweet treats as lunch.

For an additional HK$148, guests can savor two brews of premium Chinese tea. The HK$288 option comes with a glass of sake along with the tea, while the HK$488 selection offers three glasses of wine pairings.

With sustainability at the heart of MORA's operations, all ingredients are sourced within a 160km radius of Hong Kong. They use biodegradable items, choose sustainable materials and operate an all-electric kitchen to reduce carbon emissions.

Opening Hours: Open for dinner Tuesday-Saturday from 6 PM to 11:30 PM. Last order is at 9:30 PM, close 11:30 PM. Lunch is Friday-Saturday from 12 PM to 3:30 PM, last order at 2 PM, close at 3:30 PM.
