New Culinary Concept at The Baker & The Bottleman in Lee Tung Avenue

Starting from June 14th, Simon Rogan's The Baker & The Bottleman will present a novel neighbourhood restaurant concept in Lee Tung Avenue. This venture merges European-inspired cuisine with low intervention wines, curated by Executive Chef Oli Marlow, Restaurant Head Chef Ollie Eisendhardt, and Bakery Head Chef Benjamin Lee.

The first-floor restaurant boasts a comfortable ambiance, highlighted by light wood panelling, padded leather banquettes, and a fully stocked wine bar. The Baker & The Bottleman underscores a commitment to seasonality and sustainability in its culinary philosophy, honouring high-quality, locally-sourced ingredients whenever feasible.

The ingredients-driven à la carte menu presents a selection of dishes, including Beef Tartare served with spicy egg-yolk emulsion and crispy local potato hash brown, Grilled Cuttlefish accompanied by a salad of raw fennel and asparagus, and Jerusalem Artichoke complemented with roasted onions and fresh pears. Notably, the restaurant's breadbasket, curated by Chef Benjamin Lee, enhances the overall dining experience.
