Asia's Biggest Hockey Competition, Mega Ice Hockey 5s Returns to HK in 2023

Kerry Properties has announced the return of the Mega Ice Hockey 5's in 2023. The tournament will host over 80 teams from 11 countries and cities, further cementing its reputation as the largest and most competitive ice hockey competition in Asia. The event will take place from Apr. 23 to May. 6 and will see around 1,600 players competing for top hockey honors.
The youth division games will take place from April 23-29, and will feature teams such as the International North Stars, Shanghai Feiyang Star, Junior Tigers, Kung Pow Kings, and HK Typhoons Selects.
In the men's adult division, Hong Kong-trained teams like Sammi’s Superstars, HKIHA, Gold Club, Kung Pow Kings, HK Tigers, and Tokyo Mavericks will be playing. The debutant League of Shadows from Canada will also hit the rink. Hometown heroes WIHO 30, WIHO Saint, and WIHO Angels will face strong challenges from the Manila Hawks Ice Hockey Team and Bangkok Zeus.
Stay tuned from May. 1 to 6 for the adult division games. Fans worldwide can enjoy livestreamed playoffs of all the final games via the official Mega Ice YouTube channel and Facebook page.
Fans can also participate in social media games with prizes including Ocean Park tickets, Kowloon Shangri-La buffet packages, and Mega Ice Three-month Skating Passes. Details will be announced shortly on the Mega official Facebook or Instagram.
Mega Ice is dedicated to promoting ice sports and will donate equal amounts of skating coupons to charity partners, The Boys and Girls Clubs Association of Hong Kong and Yan Oi Tong, for every goal scored during the tournament.
