Last-Minute Activities to Try From ‘My Community Festival 2021'

Building on its success last year, the My Community Festival is back with a myriad of activities that pay homage to Singapore’s heritage. This ground-up initiative gathered some of Singapore’s business owners, legacy brands, heritage practitioners, and religious and cultural institutions to showcase the lesser-known side of the city-state.
Spread over three weeks from Sept. 10-Oct. 3, 2021, the activities include a meeting with a long-time resident of Woodlands who has been taking photographs of sunsets everyday for 10 years, as well as a supper tour around Balestier where stall owners who run their businesses until wee hours share their experiences. If you are interested in revisiting your cultural heritage, it’s not too late to join the event. Here are some of the remaining activities slated for the last few days of the My Community Festival 2021.
