CARVER Steakhouse Opens in Causeway Bay with Coffee-infused Steaks
Crowne Plaza Hong Kong Causeway Bay has opened a new steakhouse, CARVER, offering succulent beef steaks sourced from all over the world, including the United States, Australia, and Japan.
The highlight of the restaurant is its bespoke cabinet for beef dry-aging, made to order in Europe with limestone outside and marble within. The dry-aging cabinet is CARVER's focal point, where beef cuts hang or are laid on shelves to age in temperature- and humidity-controlled splendour.
CARVER's menu includes various delicacies, including Beef Steak Tartare, Avruga Caviar, USDA Prime Steak, Wagyu Beef, Kurobuta Bone-in Pork Chop, Victorian Rack of Lamb, Free-range Chicken, and a Seafood on Ice platter. The steakhouse also features a selection of sauces, including pure Beef Jus, Black Pepper with Cognac, Black Truffle Jus, and Béarnaise.
For dessert, customers can try CARVER's signature sweet, Chocolat, or the Truffle. Chocolat is a chocoholic dream that embraces 70% dark chocolate marquise, chocolate honeycomb, and raspberry sorbet. Truffle appears as a striking construction of honey parfait, caramelised walnut, and bamboo charcoal tuile.
Extending just over 2,000 square feet, CARVER seats 88 diners at glossy marble-topped tables bordered by banquettes along the walls and windows, and within a private room.
