Nobu Hong Kong Introduces Double Anniversary Celebration Omakase Series

Mark your calendars, because the iconic Japanese restaurant Nobu at the Regent Hong Kong, is celebrating two big milestones this October, and introducing a series of exclusive Omakase dinner menus throughout the month!
These exciting celebrations include the first anniversary of Nobu's return to Hong Kong and the 30th anniversaryof the restaurant's inception in Tribeca, New York.

The Nobu Hong Kong 1st Anniversary Omakase, available Oct. 2-Oct.29, offers a specially curated 7-course tasting menu that features a blend of Nobu classics and new inventions, priced at HK$1,888 + 10% service charge per person.
Additionally, from Oct. 7 to Oct.13, Nobu restaurants worldwide will celebrate three decades since the establishment's first opening in New York, showcasing a specially curated 5-course menu. It will feature early signature dishes, priced HK$1,088+10% per person.

Running from Oct. 30-31, 2024, The Omakase Dinner Series will see the return of legendary Chef Nobu Matsuhisa to Hong Kong, bringing a one-of-a-kind, 7-course Omakase culinary experience.
On both nights, the exclusive “Nobu in Town” Omakase menu will feature exceptional dishes like Nobu-style Sashimi – Yonten Mori, A5 Wagyu Matsutake with seasonal mushroom sauce. Delight in a refreshing Strawberry Yuzu Parfait paired with Shiso Lychee Sorbet for a perfectly sweet ending to your meal.
Priced at HK$1,888 + 10%, every dish on the bespoke specialty menu pays homage to Chef Nobu's definitive ‘Nobu style’, which thoughtfully combines Japanese culinary techniques with Peruvian ingredients.
