Located inside CUBUS in Causeway Bay, the restaurant offers multicourse omakase-style menus showcasing three exquisite Japanese wagyu-beef varieties: the most prized Matsusaka wagyu, along with Oita wagyu and Jinnai Wagyu Aka.
The lunch menus start at HK$280, while the dinner menus range from HK$780 to HK$1,380, depending on the course selection. Meanwhile, the drink menu features sake selections curated by Chef Ho Wai-Leung, a qualified sake sommelier from the Noguchi Naohiko Sake Institute.

Chef Chris Chan at 1111ONES Restaurant & Lounge offers a new seasonal menu blending European flavors with Asian influences. Have a taste of one-of-a-kind main courses like Hida-Gyu with Sambal and New Territories Vegetables which features a premium A4 wagyu from Hida, Japan, Carabinero Grande with Pomelo and Green Mango for umami flavour with some zest. The new menu will have starters to desserts, so don’t miss out!
Priced at HK$1,088 per person, the tasting menu is available until the end of June, with an optional wine pairing package. Guests can enjoy the dining experience in the main dining room, private quarters, or at the Chef's Table.
