Shake Shack Launches White Truffle Menu in Hong Kong This Nov.
Dreaming of a white festive season? Shake Shack answers your wishes with its most luxurious limited-time menu yet.
Running from Nov. 14 to Jan. 14, this limited-time menu puts the spotlight on the rare and opulent white truffle, a delicacy even more aromatic and flavourful than its black counterpart.
Known as ‘the king of mushroom kingdom’, white truffles grow in specific climates and cannot be cultivated, making them nearly four times more expensive than black truffles. While most white truffle oils on the market are artificially flavoured, Shake Shack is proud to offer real white truffle sauce made with white truffle oil, bringing the fine dining experience to their local Shacks.
Dive into the tantalizing offerings of Shake Shack’s White Truffle Menu. Starting with the White Truffle Burger, priced at HK$78 for a single patty and HK$101 for a double. This burger features a 100% all-natural Angus beef Emmental cheeseburger, crowned with real white truffle sauce made with white truffle oil and a sprinkle of crispy sweet onion, all nestled within a toasted potato bun.
For those seeking a vegetarian option, the White Truffle ‘Shroom Burger is a must-try. Priced at HK$84, this delight features a crunchy, crisp-fried portobello mushroom filled with melted muenster and cheddar cheeses.
No Shake Shack experience is complete without their famous fries. The White Truffle Fries, priced at HK$50 are generously sprinkled with parmesan cheese and served with the indulgent white truffle sauce.
To complement your dining experience, Shake Shack is also offering refreshing limited-time beverages such as their tropical Guava Lemonade.
