Bakehouse, Sha Tin


Bakehouse has expanded to Sha Tin's New Town Plaza and is its only branch to offer all-day dining, from breakfast till dinner service. Alongside its signature sourdough pastries and breads, this branch also features exclusive items such as Mango Sago Bolo Bao and Sha Tin Kumquat Doughnut. Their dine-in menu also features a range of items like Soft Boiled Egg with Ham & Cheese Croissant and Bakehouse Pie.
Don't miss on their specialty drinks as well! A must-try is the Hong Kong G&T and Purple Haze Matcha Latte.

Pane e Latte

Pane e Latte is an Italian seaside bakery and restaurant located at Stanley Market. It offers a range of freshly made artisanal breads, pastries, and gelato including, bomboloni (Italian doughnuts), sourdough bread, focaccia, and many more.
Since its opening, the panetterria's pastel storefront and aesthetic interior has become a landmark on Stanley's waterfront often drawing lines of diners waiting for their turn at the Instagrammable cafe. Too impatient to try the bakery's delectable goodies? Grab a focaccia sandwich or pasticceria to-go to enjoy while you sunbathe at the beach.

This February, Pane e Latte has launched a new GIANT PASTRY series, which will be refreshed every month, debuting with the Giant Raspberry Pain au Chocolat and giant cappuccino. If the bakery's offerings were not heavenly enough, imagine how divine indulging in a giant puff pastry and coffee with your loved one by the sea would be.
But that's not all - they're also offering their third monthly bundle series Croissants & Cappuccino that features the Very Berry Croissant and Cookies & Cream Latte. Other Valentine's Specials like Cupid's Bombolini and Strawberry Latte are also available in this celebratory month of love!

Asahi Uchi

Asahi Uchi is a café collaboration between Taiwan's popular shaved ice venue Asahi HuuH and Hong Kong's local café Uchi, specializing in Kakigori (Okinawan-style shaved ice) and other Japanese-inspired desserts. Their signature items include the Basque Cheesecake, Raspberry Kakigori, and Fruit Crêpes.

Gwee Coffee & More

Gwee Coffee & More, a cozy café hidden along the streets of Tai Ping Shan in Sheung Wan, takes the realm for Instagrammable and delicious drinks and treats. Sharing a space with Tsukimi Bakery, diners can enjoy a range of bagels and cakes, alongside quality brews.

Their seasonal items include their Year of the Snake special G Joke Seh Lok, which is a matcha-based drink, paired with organic black sesame salted cream top and topped with a matcha-flavored snake meringue and their winter special, the Cinnamel Rusty Coffee, a drink that will remind you of warm apple pie.

Renowned for their distinct Japanese-style desserts, traditonal matcha and specialty coffees, bestow is a café that focuses on miminalism and sophistication that any dessert, matcha, or coffee lover can appreciate. Their menu features a variety of desserts including mochi, parfait, and cream cakes.
Their latest creation is a seasonal Strawberry Parfait, beautifully layered with fresh ingredients like Japanese strawberry and uji matcha. This parfait is only available in their Mong Kok branch.

Sang Roastery

Having newly opened a Central branch last September and based in To Kwa Wan, Sang Roastery is a fan-favorite café among locals. The name Sang was inherited from the founder's family business Sang Cheong, which was originally a dried seafood store and the founder took on the family legacy in the form of a coffee business.
Sang Roastery focuses on freshly roasted specialty coffee beans and a variety of brewed coffees. Aside from running cafés, the design of the venues reflect Hong Kong's cultural heritage and elements, igniting childhood nostalgia for some and immersing in Hong Kong's cultural history for others.
