Luxury French jeweller and accessories brand Cartier is proudly announcing the third edition of its Cartier Art Dialogues series titled "Women: Beyond Definitions.”

Slated for June 19, the event and will be held at the Hong Kong Palace Museum auditorium. P will explore the evolution of roles for women in arts and culture – both behind the scenes and in the limelight - the impact of their work, and the importance of fostering more inclusive and diverse spaces for creativity.

Panellists will include Daisy Wang, Deputy Director of Curatorial and Programming at the Hong Kong Palace Museum; iconic homegrown film director Ann Hui; Septime Webre, Artistic Director of Hong Kong Ballet; Vicky Lau, Owner and Head Chef of Tate Dining Room; and architectural researcher and designer Khensani de Klerk, Founder of Matri-Archi(tecture), to name a few.

The event will be held in conjunction with the Cartier & Women exhibition, the first major exhibition on the influence of women throughout the Cartier brand’s history. From now until Aug. 14, the showcase is exhibiting approximately 300 stunning Cartier creations, including precious jewellery, timepieces, objects, accessories, and archival records from the 19th century to the present day.

Cartier Art Dialogues welcomes attendees from diverse backgrounds, including art enthusiasts, industry professionals, and even students. The event will also be broadcast online on a dedicated platform for added accessibility.

Cartier Art Dialogues is an initiative aiming to spread different artistic visions and experts as part of Cartier’s artistic and cultural initiatives. The Art Dialogues conversations are recurring, with the first chapter of this series of conversations taking place at the State Hermitage Museum in Saint Petersburg in February 2021, and the latest edition at the Musée du Louvre in Paris.

All conversations in this third edition of Cartier Art Dialogues, “Women: Beyond Definitions,” will be streamed live and replayed online for free. Discussions will take place in English with live translation into Cantonese, and Chinese subtitles are available on streaming for online replay.
