North Face x Online Ceramics: Sustainable Collection

Online Ceramics x The North Face Unveil Sustainable Summer Collection

Online Ceramics and The North Face have collaborated for a second time to launch a limited-edition summer collection that embraces sustainability, available only at The North Face Concept store in the K11 Art Mall from June 23.

Online Ceramics is a Los Angeles-based streetwear brand which promotes sustainable lower-impact products, such as hand-dyed graphic t-shirts.

The collection fuses The North Face's performance DNA with Online Ceramics' artistic direction, reflecting the spirit of exploration that both brands embody.

Catered to adventurers, the new summer collection features a range of items, including the first collaboration of The North Face basecamp box for gear storage and transportation, a packable Polartec blanket with a soft fleece side, and a comfortable brimmer hat for outdoor protection.

The apparel in the collection is made from recycled materials, with some pieces incorporating performance materials such as water-resistant functionality, FlashDry-XD1 technology for moisture management, and UPF 50+ sun protection.

The collection also offers t-shirts, hoodies, and pants adorned with graphics and messages that reflect Online Ceramics' ethos, such as "Forest Hugger," "Star Person," and "Happiness Inside."

It includes a variety of reimagined designs, as well as accessories and gear from Online Ceramics, like the “TNF x OC 1995 Polartec Denali” and the “TNF X OC Windjammer.”

David Whetstone, senior design manager of collaborations and special projects at The North Face, shared his excitement about the collaboration, stating that it draws inspiration from the early days of camping and the peace and calm of the outdoors.

This collaboration follows a successful partnership between the two brands in 2022, which saw the launch of products using the Re-Grind platform, a process that transforms factory floor scraps into new, wearable gear.
