Have a Taste of Spain at the 'Summer in La Boqueria' Pop-Up in Bangkok
Authentic and exquisite Spanish cuisine will soon be within your reach, as Siam Kempinski Hotel Bangkok is holding a special pop-up restaurant, “Summer in La Boqueria," featuring two renowned chefs from Spain!
Arriving in Bangkok from Aug. 21 to 29, the pop-up restaurant will be helmed by Chef Aitor Olabegoya, mentee of the legendary Ferran Adrià and executive chef of Terrakota Restaurant, and Chef Quim Márquez of Barcelona’s iconic Quim de la Boqueria, who will be bringing their expertise on modern and traditional Spanish cuisine.
The pop-up will serve dishes that are made of delicious seafood and fresh produce from La Boqueria, one of Barcelona’s most famous markets. Included in the menu are Oysters in Ceviche, Gazpacho, Spanish Octopus with ‘Fricando’ Beef surf and turf, and Wagyu Oxtail with Caramelized Goat Cheese and Raspberries.
For dessert, the restaurant is serving a Citrus Sorbet and Olive Oil Gummy and a Tres Leches dessert with Pisco Foam.
