What’s Central Village?

Central Village is the first international outlet for luxury brands in Thailand. It was developed by Central Pattana Public Company Limited, one of the country’s leaders in retail property development and management, and a joint venture with Mitsubishi Estate. It occupies a massive area of 40,000 square feet (almost the size of a soccer field) where it offers a total of 235 local and international retail stores.

The village is easily accessible (a 10-minute ride via taxi or free shuttle bus) from Suvarnabhumi Airport so travelers who need to wait long for their departures or layovers can visit and enjoy their time before leaving.

What’s in Central Village?

There are a total of nine “villages” in Central Village — Brick, Goldsmith, Clay, Metal, Porcelain, Royal, Textile, Weaver, and Wooden Village. What Amenities are Available?

There are specific parking areas for ladies and the handicapped, and a parking space for bicycles and motorcycles. The 1 Exclusive, Super Car, and VIP parking are also available. For those who don’t have their own ride, there are taxi stands and dedicated Grab pick-up points.

Mobile charging, coin lockers, and Wi-Fi are available at the VIP Lounge. There’s also a post office and a foreign currency exchange so you don’t have to fall in line at the airport.

For parents who brought their little ones, there are playgrounds located at Textile and Wooden Village. There’s also a baby changing room in each toilet area and a Mom & Baby Room at both ends of the village. Baby strollers are available upon request.
