Indulge in a diverse array of sensations, from the delicate sweetness of Matsuba crab to the intense flavour of Kegani crab, expertly prepared in a 10-course culinary extravaganza that ranges from Chawanmushi with Sea Urchin and Crabmeat, to Seasonal Rice with Crabmeat. A minimum of two diners are required.
