The "嘉 Yoshi" Set (HK$1600 per person) features sumptuous Taraba crabs, known for their robust richness and oceanic umami, in the form of dishes such as the Grilled Taraba Crab Leg & Claw, Taraba Crab Shabu Shabu, and Crab Dumplings.
While the opulent "松 Matsu" Set (HK$1780 per person) presents a delightful combination of Matsuba and Kegani crabs, each offering distinct flavour profiles. The menu showcases the two varieties with items like the Matsuba Crab Tempura, and the Kegani Shabu Shabu.
At the pinnacle of the dining experience lies the extraordinary "季 Ki" Set (HK$2080 per person), featuring a handful the rarest and most premium Japanese crab species sourced directly from Japan. Indulge in a diverse array of sensations, from the delicate sweetness of Matsuba crab to the intense flavour of Kegani crab, expertly prepared in a 10-course culinary extravaganza that ranges from Chawanmushi with Sea Urchin and Crabmeat, to Seasonal Rice with Crabmeat. A minimum of two diners are required.
Complementing the exquisite cuisine is KANIZEN's impeccable selection of premier sake, sourced from Japan's most revered distilleries. From crisp Junmai to velvety Daiginjo, each sip is paired to harmonize with the above set dinners.
