New Punjab Club Chef Palash Hosts Gran Dabbang Chef Mariano for Apr. Collab
New Punjab Club, the legendary tandoor grillhouse located in SoHo, is bringing in Chef Mariano Ramón of Buenos Aires’ Gran Dabbang to collaborate with MICHELIN-starred chef, Palash Mitra, for a special lunch course meal on Apr. 1 and 2 and dinner for Apr. 3.
Both chefs share a love and dedication for Indian cuisine, and will be serving fusion dishes inspired by Chef Mariano’s work in Buenos Aires, and complemented by Chef Palash’s exceptional skill and technique, showcasing the flavours and artistry of Indian cuisine.
Chef Palash and Mairano have been acquaintances for five years, having found respect for each other’s work online.
Some of the fusion dishes available include Cancha Naan, Ragda Pattice, Labne Chaat, Jhinga Kathi Roll, and curries like Pan de Mandioca and Tandoori Anda. For mains, guests can choose from dishes such as Cobia Dabbang Tikka, Masalewali Chaanp, and Tandoori Batair.
This event is a rare opportunity for guests to witness what happens when two chefs with a shared passion for a cuisine collaborate. As such, reservations are highly recommended.
