Taobao Store: PapaHome Hong Kong Launches

Hongkongers' love for Taobao is no secret, and with its recent English-language interface update, shopping on the platform has never been easier. Now, Taobao has brought that experience to life with PapaHome, a spacious store that just opened on Feb. 22, 2025, in partnership with home repair service Papabo.
Located on the second floor of China Hong Kong City in Tsim Sha Tsui, this 25,000-square-foot space is a game-changer for home design enthusiasts and those who want to experience the quality and texture of products firsthand before making a purchase.
Offering an expertly curated selection of over 10,000 products from more than 100 top-tier online and offline brands, PapaHome has something for everyone. Think sleek sofas, elegant dining sets, space-saving wardrobes, children’s furniture, pet accessories, and custom-made pieces tailored to your needs.
Fitness buffs can take it a step further with home fitness integrations built into bespoke furniture — perfect for maximizing functionality without compromising style.

At the heart of PapaHome is its Online-Merge-Offline (OMO) experience, blending digital convenience with in-store discovery. Every item comes with a QR code that links directly to detailed product information, exclusive discounts, and a seamless checkout process via Taobao.
Leading names in home design are part of this collaboration, including Goldenhome, Dongpeng Holdings, Monalisa, Ziinlife, and SHUZHI, for a splash of Nordic-meets-Japanese aesthetics.
Beyond the products, PapaHome offers hands-on support to make shopping effortless. In-store Taobao Wizards help set up accounts and navigate the platform, while expert home stylists provide tailored design advice. AI and AR tools enhance the experience, helping customers visualize how pieces fit within their space while ensuring both comfort and style.
What's more, PapaHome has teamed up with Crossroads Foundation to make donating household items easy. Using the PapaHome app, users can effortlessly donate quality furniture and goods to support underprivileged families locally and globally.
Tom Porat Cohen, the Creative Director of PapaHome, said: “We believe beautiful, functional homes should be within everyone’s reach, and this is what drives our mission.”
