2. 'The Edge Where The Shadow Softens' Exhibit
For your dose of art this week, check out Ayka Go and Paolo Icasas' "The Edge Where The Shadow Softens" exhibition, which is opening to the public this Thursday at Silverlens. In this first-ever duo show, the pair explores "contemporary approaches to the portrayal of impermanence and the impulse to memorialize it." Go and Icasas explore "a consciousness of time" in their own ways, with the former focused on spontaneity and improvisation and the latter on seriality and order.

3. GET THE VIBE: KP0P RPD

Kick off the Friday fun with this event by Big Crown Production, which will have you grooving and dancing with your friends. GET THE VIBE: KP0P RPD (random play dance challenge) encourages K-pop fans to communicate through movement and their love for music. Aside from the RPD, you can expect games, raffles, and booths, as well as the awarding of the RPD champion. Dance cover girl group Random Fantasy is the guest performer and event host of GET THE VIBE. Make sure to follow the event's theme and dress in retro get-up!

7. Luntiang Marikina: River Clean Up

For a meaningful Saturday, start your morning with this Marikina river cleanup organized by La Liga Mariquina Inc. 10. Little Chefs: Cooking Workshop for Kids (5-12 Years Old)

For parents who want to introduce their kids to the world of cooking, this three-day on-site workshop by the Heny Sison Culinary School is suitable. Instructor Carrie Madrid will take your children on a fun and educational culinary journey, from measuring and mixing ingredients to using different tools and machines. Your kids will get to whip up some scrumptious, diverse meals, such as beef nachos and chicken enchiladas (Mexican), chap chae and pad thai (Asian noodles), and Korean wings, garlic parmesan wings, and classic buffalo wings. The class is limited to 15 students, so make sure you get your tickets here.
