Usher in the Year of the Dragon in Style With Gucci's Newest Collection

Following Fendi and Pokémon’s collaboration, another luxury brand is gearing up for the Lunar New Year with a Year of the Dragon-inspired collection.

Gucci, the Italian luxury fashion house, is joining in on the Year of the Dragon craze with its new collection. To celebrate the said festivity, Gucci’s collection features a range of dragon-themed items, available for men and women.

The new collection combines prints and embellishments evoking the mythical dragon and Gucci’s archival motifs, evoking a fusion of the Year of the Dragon and the brand’s identity.

Some of the collection’s highlights include the Wool Cardigan and Wool Top, designed with Gucci’s signature pattern and red-hued dragon prints. There’s also the Reversible Dragon Print Silk Skirt and Shirt, clad in blue and white for a more elegant look.

Completing the women’s collection are the Dionysus handbags, the Tiny Dragon Enamel Necklace, and the Double G Card Case in pink or green, among others.

Meanwhile, the men’s collection includes cotton jumpers, jersey shorts and jackets, polo tops, and other ready-to-wear pieces that feature renditions of the mystic creature. There’s also the blue and orange-hued backpack, pouch, and mini bag, all embellished with the interlocking G Wings design crafted especially for the collection.

Aside from these, the collection also has footwear items and accessories available for both men and women.
