Kicking off this year’s Paris Men’s Fashion Week, luxury fashion house Louis Vuitton unveiled its Men’s Spring-Summer 2024 collection, designed by singer-turned-creative director Pharrell Williams.

This is Pharrell’s debut as a fashion designer after succeeding the late Virgil Abloh as Louis Vuitton’s menswear creative director. The show was held on June 20 at the iconic Pont Neuf bridge in Paris, which was transformed into a golden runway to show off Louis Vuitton’s heritage.

The collection is an ode to Louis Vuitton’s signature Damier motif, reimagined as a “Damoflage” design in its pixelated iteration. The brand describes this as a collection that “evokes a sense of community in their cohesivity – fusing traditional and refreshed motifs.”

Top celebrities were present at the event, including Beyonce, Jay-Z, Kim Kardashian, and Rihanna. They wore various looks, accentuating the brand’s signature patterns and designs. Pharrell also closed the show wearing his own digitalized Damoflage suit.

Paris Fashion Week Men’s SS 2024 will run until June 25 and feature 42 runway shows and 38 presentations.
