Arcane Collective's Moxie Launches SERVO: A New Takeaway Coffee Bar Concept

Moxie at LANDMARK Alexandra House is expanding its culinary offerings with the introduction of SERVO, a new takeaway coffee bar concept.

Inspired by Australian 'servos,' this convenient spot will serve up Australian-style coffees, sandwiches, and delectable pastries, including the renowned Canelés from Michelin-starred Arcane.

Following the ethos of The Arcane Collective, Moxie continues its commitment to responsible sourcing, focusing on sustainable practices and ingredients sourced from small farms and regional suppliers. SERVO embodies the concept of mindful dining and healthier eating habits, offering a range of high-quality, seasonal dishes.

At SERVO, patrons can enjoy a variety of takeaway options, from expertly brewed coffee by renowned local barista Kim Oelrichs to home-baked pastries and savoury bites. Oelrichs, hailing from the Gold Coast, brings her expertise to the coffee program, ensuring each cup is brewed to sunny perfection.

The menu at SERVO features Arcane's famous Canelés (HK$25) with a crispy crust, flavorful British-inspired Bacon Butty with HP Sauce, and a selection of sandwiches. The latter includes mouthwatering items like the Organic Irish smoked salmon sandwich (HK$78) with cucumber and avocado; Yellowfin tuna melt (HK$78) with chili mayonnaise, and Ruby beetroot and cashew hummus sandwich (HK$78) on toasted ciabatta.

To celebrate its opening, SERVO is offering a special treat to patrons. From Now to April 13, all customers who order takeaway coffee will receive a complimentary Canelé.
