March 28, 2023
In keeping with the season, artisanal deli Feather & Bone (FAB) is introducing a series of spring and Easter themed wining and dining specials.
Showcasing fine selections of Auld Family Wines in the Barossa Valley of Australia, FAB has invited Jock Auld – founder of the Auld label, and Black Type Distribution – for an exclusive Barossa Boss Wine-Blending Class (HK$698 per person).
Participants can learn about and taste some of the top red wines from Jock’s winery, accompanied by snacks, before crafting their own blend to take home and enjoy. The best blend will receive an award from Jock, and all participants get a certificate for attending. What’s more, guests can include a two-course dinner (only at Causeway Bay and Tsuen Wan West locations) for an extra HK$300 per person.
The class is available at Causeway Bay, Tsuen Wan West, Sai Kung, and Clearwater Bay with a minimum group of 4 and up to 6 people. All participants must be of legal drinking age, and all bookings require at least 3 weeks' lead time for arrangements.

On top of great tipples, ‘tis the season to also pull out the mat for a family picnic. The FAB brand has also introduced an eco-friendly, flameless instant CASUSGRILL™ (HK$226) available at their retail stores for portable BBQ needs.
Made with biodegradable materials, the briquettes can provide 1 to 1.5 hours of portable grilling up to 400°C. A gourmet set is also available for purchase; including 1 CASUSGRILL™, 8 FAB’s signature herb-crusted lamb chops, 4 grass-fed burger patties, 4 portobello mushrooms, chipolata sausages, and 160g Paysan Breton cheddar cheese.

For a traditional, sit-down family Easter meal, FAB has reworked their notable Beef Wellington into a reimagined creation, the Salmon en Croûte. The dish is perfectly matched in a meal set (HK$728) with Hollandaise sauce and fruity Craggy Range Winery Chardonnay. Available for dining in and to prepare at home for the same price of HK$478 (800g), it makes a feast for two.
Additionally, FAB's signature beef pie (HK$168) is also available as an April special in all restaurants. The pie is served with gravy and a side of choice from mushy peas, fresh leaf salad, or chips. Diners can enjoy it with a pint of Stella Artois for an additional HK$58.

The Easter essential of hot cross buns is also available for a limited time, at HK$20 each or in a pack of six for HK$100. They are all baked fresh daily and available from FAB locations in-store, online, and dine-in from Apr. 3 to 11.
Exclusive for Easter, Feather & Bone is also bringing a game for the kids to play, with bunnies hiding on a shelf or somewhere in the shop. For every hidden bunny they spot, the kids will win a delicious Easter chocolate treat.
When: Throughout Apr.
