A new culinary sanctuary has emerged the heart of Hong Kong's Central district – Cristal Room by Anne-Sophie Pic. This enchanting dining destination is the result of a collaboration between Baccarat, renowned for creating enchanting crystal ware, and Anne-Sophie Pic, the world's most Michelin starred female chef. Together with Leading Nation Hospitality group from Hong Kong, they have unveiled a dining experience of ultimate opulence.

Designed by the Paris-based architecture and interior design studio Gilles et Boissier, Cristal Room is a visual masterpiece. With only 40 seats available, guests have the privilege of immersing themselves in an intimate and elegant atmosphere while enjoying stunning vistas of the iconic Victoria Harbour from above the city centre location of LANDMARK.

The journey begins at the entrance, where a mesmerizing "Zenith" chandelier takes center stage. Custom-designed for Cristal Room by Anne-Sophie Pic, this exceptional piece captivates with an optical illusion, as mirrors reflect to create an illusion of the chandelier split in two. It's a captivating introduction to the alchemy in Baccarat’s elemental design philosophy.

At the Cristal Room private salon, guests can immerse in the "Flou, je te vois flou" chandelier designed by Philippe Starck. Mixing clear crystal, pink, mist, and frosted pendants, the chandelier bathes the space in a unique glow, creating an impression of blur and impossible focus.

The culinary adventure at Cristal Room is guided by the exceptional talent of world-renowned chef Anne-Sophie Pic. Her innovative approach to traditional French cuisine creates a remarkable gastronomic experience that appeals to the senses.

Signature dishes like Les Berlingots ASP, featuring sobacha pasta filled with aged Comte cheese and served with a coffee and sobacha-infused mushroom consommé, showcase her mastery.

Transport your taste buds to Provence with the Blue Lobster from Brittany, cooked over embers with rosemary and Douglas fir, and served with lobster coral beurre blanc. It's a harmonious blend of flavours that brings the essence of southern France to the heart of Hong Kong.

Cristal Room's beverage program is curated by Head Sommelier Yulia Ezhikova, offering exceptional cocktails that complement the culinary experience. The White Rose Seaweed cocktail is a delight, with its perfumed and textural qualities creating a delicate balance of saltiness and floral aromas. For non-alcoholic options, the Clear Tonka, made with milk-washed oolong tea and tonka beans, provides a unique and refreshing taste experience.
