LPM Restaurant and Bar Unveils ‘La Vie en Rose’ Brunch Menu From Mar. 12

Escape the city and indulge in LPM Hong Kong's world-renowned weekend brunch, 'La Vie en Rosé'. From Mar. 12, guests can enjoy a 3-course meal from 12PM to 5PM every Sunday, complete with 14 appetiser dishes, a main course, side dish, dessert, and free-flowing drinks.
LPM's brunch celebrates all things rosé, featuring free-flowing Figuière Méditerranée Rosé Jeroboam and Champagne magnums of NV Legras & Haas Rosé Brut. Guests are encouraged to enjoy a selection of free-flow cocktails, including the Le Place Garibaldi and Riviera Blanc. The relaxed ambiance and chic approach to French cuisine make LPM the perfect place to spend a leisurely Sunday brunch - inspired by the long, lively lunches that are synonymous with life across the Mediterranean.
Head Chef Maurizio Pace brings LPM’s signature dishes to the table, including the Tuna Carpaccio, Homemade Pappardelle with Beef Ragout, and Mushroom and Pork Chimichurri. Alongside the mainstay classics, Chef Maurizio has curated ten new dishes featuring seasonal ingredients sourced from around the world.
Appetisers are served free-flow style and include Burrata tartine, Swiss Chard Omelette, Tender Stem Broccoli Tempura, and Escargots De Bourgogne, among others.
For the main course, guests can choose from Petite Farcie, Squid Ink Risotto, and Grilled Sirloin Steak, among other hearty and flavourful dishes. Dessert offerings include Pain Perdu Facon, Gâteau Au Fromage Frais, and LPM's signature Crème Brûlée À La Vanille.
With a soundtrack of chilled Riviera-inspired beats and classic and contemporary French electropop, acid jazz lounge, and Latin-influenced sounds, LPM's brunch is the perfect place to catch up with friends, over good food and thoughtful cocktails.
