Melody Offers Limited-Edition Cocktails for Art Week in WKM Gallery Collab
Prepare to revel in arts, music, and mixology in Hong Kong as dining destination Melody House of Food & Music is hosting an exclusive preview of renowned Japanese photographer Daido Moriyama’s exhibition!
In collaboration with WKM Gallery, Melody is set to dazzle their guests with “City Drifter,” a solo exhibition by Moriyama. As a sneak peek at the gallery’s Art Week show, the exhibit at Melody will feature the photographer’s iconic black-and-white snaps, displayed throughout the venue’s hallway.
Treating the guests to not only a feast for the eyes but also for the tastebuds are Melody’s limited-edition cocktail offerings, available only for the event. These beverages are specially conceptualised by Organikka, which includes the Karkade Spritz, an Ethiopian vodka-based cocktail infused with clarified milk punch.
Other limited-edition cocktails to be offered at the event are T Fashioned, a Turkish tahini fat-washed bourbon elevated with notes of cognac, coffee, and cardamom, and Doppio Martini, an Italian drink made with dark rum and doppio ristretto. All cocktails are priced at HK$100.
The event will also feature Brazilian tunes from Organikka’s Jaayology, as well as Japanese city pop, tropical, and bossa music on vinyl, to be played by Melody’s music director, Johnny Hiller.
Melody and WKM’s “City Drifter" will take place on March 26, starting at 6 PM. To learn more about the event, contact Melody via email or Instagram, or visit their website.
