Messina Drops Hong Kong Exclusive Sorbet Flavour Inspired by Dragon's Back
Black Sheep Gelateria Messina has announced a new addition to their line of Hong Kong Exclusive flavours, inspired by the cuisine offerings of the city. The new flavour is a tropical sorbet that culls it’s influence from one of the city's most popular and scenic hikes: the Dragon's Back.
This latest offering, Dragon’s Back, is a luscious sorbet made from red and white dragon fruit. As vibrant and refreshing as the trail it's named after, Dragon's Back is a celebration of tropical flavours, guaranteed to be a palate pleaser that’s an absolute treat in the summer heat. Made for all ice cream and dessert lovers, the Dragon’s Back sorbet is vegan.
Other flavours previously introduced to the line include Black Sesame Tong Yuen which uses roasted black sesame and chewy tong yuen bites to add a special bit of smokey flavour and squishy texture, Hong Kong Milk Tea infused with the cha chaan teng staple, Tofu Fa that’s dusted in warming red sugar, and a sherbert called YOYOYOKULT! referencing the probiotic-laden Yakult.
