The Place at Cordis Hong Kong Introduces New Seafood Spread to Their Buffet
All-day dining restaurant The Place has elevated their culinary offerings with the introduction of “The Seafood Place” to their lunch and dinner buffet – promising a delectable feast for seafood lovers until June 30.
The new addition offers a tantalizing array of live and steamed seafood, along with other dishes. At lunch, guests can indulge in snow crab legs, lobster claws, blue mussels, golden whelks, and poached prawns. Meanwhile, dinner expands the seafood selection with seasonal New Zealand or American Oysters, Lobsters, Brown Crabs, and a Steam Seafood Station showcasing Abalone, Shrimp, and Scallop delights.
Complementing the seafood extravaganza are international flavours, including Japanese Sashimi, Sushi, and Maki Rolls, as well as Carving Station specialties like New Zealand Beef Rib Eye and Roasted U.S. Oven-Prepared Rib. Diners can also enjoy live-cooked treats such as Pan-fried Foie Gras (dinner buffet only) and an assortment of skewers in the Teppan Grill Station.
For dessert, Executive Pastry Chef Roy Ma presents an enticing selection, including Earl Grey Tea Almond Financier and Hojicha Crème Brulée, finishing sweet with eight flavours of MÖVENPICK® ice cream to choose from.
