Owned and operated by Chef George Kwok, the person behind Brut, Pondi, and other renowned venues, Inoshishi is his latest venture in creating a modern izakaya space. Located in the lively streets of Causeway Bay, Inoshishi offers a modern and innovative take on the classic izakaya experience by serving up selection of small plates, from Kushikatsu to Kushiyaki. Their Grilled Ox Tongue, Scallop with Salmon Roe, and Inoshishi Wings are a must-try!

New Oma-Sake Menu at WHISK with Hyogo Sake Selection

WHISK introduces its OmaSake menu paired with premium sake from Hyogo, Japan's largest sake-producing region. The seasonal four-course menu, led by Chef Sheldon Fonseca, features bold winter flavors such as Farm Heritage Tomato Salad, Rougie "Black Truffle" Duck Foie Gras with Pear Jelly, and Black Truffle RanOu Egg with Hokkaido Pumpkin Bisque. Of course, WHISK's signature Roasted Three Yellow Chicken will be available as well.
To go along with the menu, guests have the chance to enjoy six curated sake selections including sparkling sake from Fukuju Brewery, renowned for its handcrafted koji, and sakes from Domaine Kurodashō, highlighting the use of rice exclusively grown on specific soils.

Hokkaido Milk Soft Serve at Tokachi-Milky

Tokachi-Milky is a Japanese dessert brand originating from Hokkaido's Tokachi region, renowned for its rich dairy products, often referred to as Golden Milk due to its creamy texture and high nutritional content. The brand launched its first location in Central, Hong Kong late last year, offering Japanese-style desserts like its iconic Tokachi milk soft serve, cream puffs, and caramel rare cheesecake.
Throughout February, enjoy their seasonal Very Berry series, highlighting the sweet strawberry season with specials including Strawberry-Dipped Soft Serve coated with a thin layer strawberry chocolate and dried strawberries, Berry Puff filled with berry custard, and Very Berry Puff filled with berry jam and vanilla custard.
